Do I own my website?
You fully own all of your content — copy, images, branding, customer data. We own and maintain the underlying infrastructure (hosting, code framework, integrations). If you ever want to take everything in-house, we offer a buyout at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime with 30-day notice. We'll export your content and assets and help you transition. There are no termination fees and no contracts holding you hostage.
How long does it take to launch?
Most sites are live within 7 business days from our kickoff call. Larger Growth-tier sites with more pages and integrations can take 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
What does "AI-powered" actually mean?
We use AI tooling to accelerate the boring parts — first-draft copy, image optimization, code scaffolding. A real human designer and developer still owns every decision and reviews every page before launch.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Anytime. You can move from Starter to Professional to Growth (or back down) with a single email. We'll prorate the difference and update your site within a few days.
Do you work outside the Tri-State area?
We focus on MD, PA, and DE because being local matters for SEO, Google Business, and understanding your customers. We do take on select clients elsewhere — just ask.
What's included in the monthly updates?
Content edits, new pages, image swaps, hours/menu changes, blog posts (on Pro and Growth), and small design tweaks. Each plan has a different update allowance — most clients never use it all.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice. The 12-month option is purely optional and only exists to waive your one-time setup fee.
